Relaxation Massage:
A Relaxation Massage utilizes long gliding strokes that flow together rhythmically, with a pressure that is extremely relaxing, not painful. This massage is designed to deeply soothe and relax you, but may not address chronic pain or underlying ailments. Benefits can include a boost to your immune system, increased circulation, and a reduction in stress.

Therapeutic Massage Session:
Our most popular massage. Your entire session is customized according to your needs. After a brief consultation, I will use a variety of techniques to provide relief and meet your goals for the session. The techniques may include, but are not limited to Ashiatsu, CranioSacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, ROM, Cupping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Hot/ Cold Stones. 

Prenatal Massage: 
Prenatal Massage focuses in the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body changes throughout her entire pregnancy. This treatment enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. A specialized side-lying positioning system provides maximum comfort for mother and baby.
